<p>The technical discussions have two main goals</p>

  <li>make progress on several open issues and try to reach closure on some
    of them,</li>
  <li>review the new directions that were identified at the previous f2f
    (Cambridge, 14-16 June) and make progress on some of them (Grid,
  Security)</li>
