<p>The main goals are to:</p>
<ol>
<li>move forward on work with EARL,</li>
<li>coordinate open issues with WCAG WG and AU WG.</li>
</ol>

<p>You must <a
href="http://cgi.w3.org/Register/selectUser.pl?_w3c_meetingName=techplenary2001">register
for the meeting</a> if you plan to attend. <strong>Registration closes 15
February 2001</strong>.</p>
<h2><a name="Participants" id="Participants">Participants</a></h2>
<p>Registration is open to participants of the <a
href="http://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/IG/">Evaluation and Repair Tools Working
Group</a>, participants of the W3C plenary session, the Web Content
Accessibility Guidelines Working Group, and the Authoring Tool Accessibility
Guidelines Working Group.</p>

<h3>Thursday, 1 March 2001</h3>

<li>8:30 - 9:00 Continental breakfast</li>
<li>9:00 - 10:30 Discuss EARL</li>
<li>10:30 - 10:45 Break</li>
<li>10:45 - 12:30 Continue EARL discussions. If needed open issues
discussion in prep for afternoon session with WCAG.</li>
<li>12:30 - 1:30 Lunch will be provided</li>
<li>1:30 - 3:00 Meet with AU WG and ERT WG to discuss AERT open issues.</li>
<li>3:00 - 3:30 Break</li>
<li>3:30 - 5:00 Meet with AU WG and ERT WG to discuss WCAG 2.0.</li>
<li>7:00 Working Group Dinner??</li>
</ul>
<h3>Friday, 2 March 2001</h3>
<p>The agenda for today is set by the WCAG WG. ERT WG is invited to join,
particularly for the break out sessions to discuss techniques.</p>
<ul>
<li>8:30 - 9:00 Continental breakfast</li>
<li>9:00 - 10:30 Join WCAG WG meeting if interested to discuss comments on
WCAG 2.0</li>
<li>10:30 - 10:45 Break</li>
<li>10:45 - 12:30 WCAG WG will break into techniques groups to work on
techniques. One break out will be to discuss EARL.</li>
<li>12:30 - 1:30 Lunch will be provided</li>
<li>1:30 - 3:00 WCAG WG to continue working on Techniques documents.</li>
<li>3:00 - 3:30 Break</li>
<li>3:30 - 5:00 WCAG WG planning and next steps.</li>
