	address, telephone number, and employer information, in order to 
	authenticate the user's access request. The information you input 
	will be sent to the representative of your company or organization.</DD>

The <B>Access Request Form page</B> requests the user's 
name, e-mail address, telephone number, and employ information. 
These information will be used only for authenticating the user's 
access request for the <a href='http://www.w3.org/Member/'>
<b>member area</b></a> of the W3C web site. We keep the information 
indefinitely. We provide the information to the representation of 
the user's employer, but not to any other individuals and organizations. 
The user can know what kind of information is stored about him/herself 
by sending e-mail to <A href="mailto:site-policy@w3.org">site-policy@w3.org</A>.
