<p><span class="editorial">Editors note. This QA Charter template for
the</span><a href="http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-qa-handbook-20040830/"
class="editorial"><cite>The QA Handbook</cite></a><span
class="editorial">will be identical in style, and similar in content, to the
old</span><a href="http://www.w3.org/QA/WG/2003/09/OpsET-charter-20030922"
class="editorial">OpsGL Charter template</a><span class="editorial">. It will
have links coming to its appropriate sections from the appropriate places in
the</span><cite class="editorial">The QA Handbook,</cite><span
class="editorial">and its sections will link back to the</span><cite
class="editorial">The QA Handbook</cite><span class="editorial">. It will use
some of the content of the old OpsGL QAPD template, but that content will be
re-ordered and revised better to correspond to the</span><cite
class="editorial">The QA Handbook</cite><span class="editorial">. Other
content of the OpsGL Charter template will be eliminated, corresponding to
the elimination of old-OpsGL content in the new</span><cite
class="editorial">QA Handbook</cite><span class="editorial">.</span></p>
